The people and technology behind Kaiser Permanente’s Appointment and Advice Call Center handle roughly a million calls per month. It’s their job to set patients up for success and get them in touch with the right practitioner for their needs. They started from scratch in 1997 and today have become one of the crown jewels of the Kaiser system.
